General guidance, not a guarantee

Our protocols are general information based on common cleaning practice. Fabrics, dyes, finishes and stains vary, so results cannot be guaranteed. Always patch-test on a hidden area first, follow the care label, and use a professional cleaner for valuable, antique or sentimental items.

Never mix cleaning chemicals — in particular bleach with ammonia, vinegar or peroxide.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage to items, surfaces or property arising from following the guidance on this site, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
